How long does a claim take?

This will depend on the size of the claim and the quality of information provided to support your claim.

Is this just "ambulance chasing" ?

No - brokers have a duty of care to disclose any commission they are charging.

Will my contract be affected?

We would not expect it to be but our solicitors will review and consider the position with your contract as part of their process.

I like my broker if I claim won't this upset them?

Brokers employ people that are likeable and very good at selling. This is about trying to reclaim money that you did not know you were paying.
